Relax on any of the four levels of decking, in a beautifully landscaped environment. There are two BBQ areas to choose from, for great summer entertaining. The rear garden is fully fenced. There are 12 excellent golf courses within a 10 km radius, the stunning Peninsula Hot Springs Day Spa is just minutes away by car.

Carport is available, and plenty of off street parking.

PLEASE NOTE: This property has a spiral staircase, may not be suitable for toddlers or elderly people. Available all year 'round.
