This wonderful property is nestled alongside sand dunes and the National Park where the only sounds you will hear are the birds and the waves. It was fully renovated in December '04 and is the perfect location for all year round holidays, or week-end getaway. With only a 15 minute walk to the ocean beach, (not a walk for toddlers or the elderly) the property is close to a number of world class golf courses, horse riding and within minutes you can sample the delights of Rye or Sorrento.
The well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave . The property also offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate lounge and dining areas, TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dryer and central heating and reverse cycle A/C. The rear of the property offers plenty of activities for the children including a swing and sandpit. There is also a Gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 10 and even a hammock to relax and read a book.
Plenty of off street parking for cars and boat. Off peak and W/E (3 nights min.) rates available.
