It was fully renovated in December '04 and is the perfect location for all year round holidays, or week-end getaway. With only a 15 minute walk to the ocean beach, (not a walk for toddlers or the elderly) the property is close to a number of world class golf courses, horse riding and within minutes you can sample the delights of Rye or Sorrento.

The well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave . The property also offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate lounge and dining areas, TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dryer and central heating and reverse cycle A/C. The rear of the property offers plenty of activities for the children including a swing and sandpit. There is also a Gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 10 and even a hammock to relax and read a book.

Plenty of off street parking for cars and boat. Off peak and W/E (3 nights min.) rates available.
