PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This recently refurbished and renovated (2011) beach house is ideal for two families, offering 4 bedrooms accommodating 9 guests plus baby (cot and high chair supplied). It enjoys full evaporative home air conditioning, is fully fenced and has off street parking (including a double carport). It boasts cutting edge interior design and is centrally located on the Peninsula between the Bay (700 metres) and Ocean beaches. This allows for easy access to all the Peninsula has to offer combined with a peaceful and quiet location.

The property has a brand new stylish and modern kitchen complete with stone bench tops, crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances (including a Miele Dishwasher). The kitchen connects to the outdoor entertaining deck (outdoor setting for 8) via a set of bi-fold doors creating the perfect indoor-outdoor space. Barbecue is supplied along with 4 contemporary sun lounges. The dining (indoor setting for 8 plus kitchen bench seating for 3) and lounge area (Micro suede modular and 42 inch plasma) has polished boards and a vaulted ceiling.

A second very large lounge/rumpus area in the other wing of the home has been stylishly decorated to create a retro feel. It features a polished concrete floor, huge 60 inch Plasma TV, Pinball Machine (no need for coins) and modern streamlined decor. It can be separated from the first wing to allow adults and children to find their own space.

The master bedroom (renovated 2011) has a queen bed, a walk thru robe (which can be used as a cot room), ensuite with ceiling mounted shower, double vanity and WC

There are 3 further bedrooms, one with Queen bed, one with two oversized singles and the final has bunks plus a roll out single along with a (permanent) cot (BYO linen).

The main bathroom (renovated 2011) consists of bath with shower, vanity and WC. The adjoining laundry has full facilities including Washing machine.

The property also includes a set of monkey bars (installed 2011) and a delightful Cubby house.
