A new extension includes a sleek modern kitchen with granite bench tops, fridge with ice and water, DW and informal dining for 8 overlooking the pool and BBQ area with 6 burner gas BBQ. There is also a second lounge area with bi-fold doors opening onto the BBQ area beside the pool deck, which has glass balustrade to separate the two areas. At the front of the home is a large balcony deck on the upper level with beautiful Bay glimpses.

The children are well catered for with an array of equipment for them to play on including Sandpit, pool table, air hockey, cubby and trampoline.

Good off street parking and boat access. Available 26th December - 9th January only.
