The north facing outdoor entertaining area overlooks the tennis court, is easily accessible from kitchen and includes an electric grill plate, umbrella and outdoor setting for 10 people.

The property is child friendly, fully fenced and has plenty of room for off-street parking. Excellent value and ideal for families with children of all ages. Linen can be provided at an extra $150.
