Set high above the hills at the back of Rosebud, overlooking the beautiful bays and treetops is this lovely and well presented brick home. Located only minutes away from the National Park and Carrington Golf Course, this home is a golfers retreat or ideal family getaway.

Large capacity (10 kw) Split System A/C upstairs in open plan living area. The property is tri level and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 3 living areas (all very open to each other), large dining space, timber kitchen, fridge, microwave, 2 TV's, DVD player, Stereo/CD player and washing machine. Other features include 4 bedrooms, (2 toilets) 2 bathrooms one with spa bath.

The greatest feature of all is the large decking on the front of the home. Guests can enjoy the spectacular Bay views whilst relaxing on the outdoor setting by the gas BBQ. This property is in a quiet neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle yet only 5 minutes drive to McCrae or Rosebud.

Please note there is plenty of off street parking with double garage, however we do advise the driveway is VERY steep. There is also NO back yard to speak of so may not be ideal for toddlers.
