Reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, ducted heating, open plan living with spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Dining for 8, large TV, DVD player, washing machine and clothes dryer.

Enjoy entertaining family and friends on either the front balcony or the rear deck, with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is also a small rear yard for children, but please note it is NOT fully fenced.

With plenty of off street parking with undercover carport, this home is not to be missed. Property is available all year around.
