Spacious gourmet kitchen with European stainless steel appliances inc.Fridge with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, TV, inbuilt Coffee Machine, Granite Bench tops and Timber dining setting for 8.

Comprising 2 bathrooms, plus powder room, reverse cycle air- con BOTH upstairs and downstairs. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and commercial grade clothes dryer.

UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom with stunning bay views, LCD TV, walk in robe with private ensuite, QS Antique Brass Bed and views to the courtyard and water feature below.

Children are well catered for with their own RESORT style ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND under the shade of established trees: all fully fenced for parents peace of mind. Through a gate at the rear of the property guests can have direct access to the Cook Street park/reserve.

PLEASE NOTE: The SPA is self chlorinating and is set for auto filtration, along with an automated system which operates the lighting and fountain on the Water Feature.

Due to the design of the stunning louver windows at the property, there are NO flyscreens.
