KEY PICKUP

You do not have to go to our office in Sorrento as we have convenient key pickup locations for suburbs that are distant to our office.

  • Arrival time: Strictly between 2PM and 5PM. (4PM for cafe pickup - see below)
    Sorry, properties cannot be entered earlier as they are being cleaned.

  • Departure time: Strictly no later than 10AM.
    Properties will be cleaned from 10AM onwards.
